We got here around 7:30 on a Saturday and beat the lines and crowds. Our waitress was very friendly and gave us a nice little tutorial since it was our first time visiting. As vegans we were able to have pancakes with the vegan batter and the hash browns. We added sweet topping to our pancakes and savory ones to our hash browns. Only suggestion would be to carry a veggie sausage that is vegan and not just vegetarian. Thanks to the Pfunky Griddle for a fun dining experience and for giving us a hearty meal to start our day of exploring.

What a fantastic time! While there are plenty of options for food already cooked, the experience of cooking your own with others around your table was a blast! The service was great. The ingredients (batter, bread, etc) were all fantastic. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant!

This was our third time visiting in the last two years and it was a great experience once again! First tip- check the waitlist on their website!!! They are very busy on weekends especially. Their lot can get filled quickly on those days, but there are free parking options all around! We all did “the joey” with all you can eat pancakes, two toppings and three sides. They also offer french toast and a few other things as mains that are definitely tempting, but the all you can eat pancakes win me over every time! Our waitress was great- she explained everything thoroughly to a friend that came with us who hadn’t been before and gave us some great tips on cooking our hashbrowns! If you go- definitely cook those first, use butter, and make sure to give them time to cook well before flipping- otherwise they just scatter all over the place and will take longer to get done. We personally love making our own food on the griddles - theres plenty of room for four people to be cooking at once, although I suggest cooking eggs by themselves so theres no crossover with other food, if that kind of thing bugs you. We also love to pour the pancakes into shapes and get a little fun with it. Ultimately, Pfunky is a must stop on any trip to Nashville.

This was our first time coming here and we will be returning. They made it very easy to cook the food. Wet wipes for things like you getting your hands dirty. Eggs came pre-broke and in little cups for easy cooking. Grills are not too hot so you won't be burning your food. Fun expierence.

This place is amazing. They offer vegan and gluten free options!! The vegan pancakes were delicious and my boys loved the regular buttermilk pancakes. The service was also great. Everyone was so kind and attentive! My son loved cooking his own pancakes!

The Pfunky Griddle is a lovely restaurant where the tables have a griddle in the middle of it. We ordered the vegan pancakes (thank you for having vegan pancakes on the menu, we were delightfully surprised to be able to be enjoy pancakes). We poured our pancake batter on the griddle and added Oreo pieces. When they were fully cooked we topped them with bananas. Delicious! The chai tea is creamy and fantastic is well. We visited at 11 on a Wednesday and had no problem getting a table. It's a small restaurant and I should imagine it gets busy and is most likely challenging to get seated during peak times. One of my favorite things about The Pfunky Griddle is that it is located in front of a mural of musical legends and the late great Stevie Ray Vaughan is on it. Pancakes and SRV excellent day!

Excellent pancake batter, and overall food quality was good. great atmosphere with a unique idea that gets everyone involved. Totally recommend this as a good family breakfast idea. Get there early. Will totally go back.

What a great experience! Had fun cooking up our own eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes. Everything was super tasty and fresh. The service was spectacular; couldn't outdrink the refills! Don't miss this place!
